Playing with Submission

Some who read Mistress Submission are probably wondering why we did not "play" with Mistress N more while she was in the surrendered state.

It is simple really, totally aside from any time limit issues, none of us came there to have her surrender, that was not the goal of this trance and it was a truly accidental and humorous effect. The trance went on toward the goal for which it had been started.

Even it I had not myself been re-surrendered, I would not have paid any attention to her surrendered state except to see if she was happy where she was or wanted to be elsewhere. Actually, when we both had come up a bit while trying to sit in the same chair, I did reenter hypnotist mode briefly to encourage her to sit and to go back deep, which she did.

With me it is different. My goal is to reach that surrendered state and I give explicit and repeated permissions for a very broad range of behaviors once I am there. What they do with me, however unexpected, is not achieved by being tricky or sneaky, they are in compliance with my wishes and permissions.

So, if Mistress N ever decides that she wants to again explore the surrendered state first hand, she has places she can go. Many places actually, most not involving me. If she does explore or not and where is up to her.

Fellow Fetishers: Remember a few fundamentals if you are dealing with hypnotists
  • It is your fetish/obsession/hobby, but it is their business and livelihood
  • If ever you are a hypnotist with anybody, your goal must be to follow their agenda
  • Their agenda is not the same as yours
  • Their interests are complimentary to yours, but not the same as yours

Dear Submissive One,
I was surprised to find you such a good hypnotist. You took too it so easily. My guess is that you have had a part of your subconscious and conscious mind studying hypnosis techniques during your quest for submission. I particularly liked your use of tapping on the forehead.

It is a wonderful learning technique for a hypnotist to go under trance every once in awhile. I pay attention to what works as I concentrate at letting go. This, at times, can be a contradiction for hypnotists when they want to experience trance. I also enjoy trance!! In hypnosis training is where I first heard the expression "Hypnojunkie". I look forward to such times for it IS so relaxing. Much personal insight and learning can be gained through hypnosis.

I was not initially comfortable having the tables turned on me, as you know. The presence of Mistress X was definately necessary for me to let go and relax. The interesting thing, however, was my response to Mistress X commanding to "submit". The word had new meaning for me! I felt safe to submit to her. So does submit mean really relax or does relax mean submit??

I am more comfortable with you being the submissive one for I am your Mistress of Relaxation. It was fun to have a try at role reversal. Our relationship will not change, because you ARE the one who truly enjoys and needs to be my Submissive One. I need to lead you. I am glad that you enjoyed the experience of guiding. It allows you to understand the pleasure I get.

Your Guide to Submission,
Mistress R

I'm surprised that you are surprised that I am "such a good hypnotist." How could I not be? Besides the first hand experiences, I've been studying hypnosis for years.

I've heard other hypnotists complain that they are hard to hypnotize because they are paying attention to the techniques and what works as it happens. Well, I analyze everything, except when hypnotized, and I know how to turn this analysis to trance. You will probably recall several times when I used your knowledge and probable analysis to deepen the effects.

Of course Mistress X's presence helped. If we had somehow been doing this without her presence, I would have adjusted many things as I would have known how tentative was your comfort level. As it was, each success enabled greater success.

It was interesting your response to Mistress X's command to submit. This should give you personal insight and learning beyond the insights we were seeking in that trance.

I don't think relax means submit or that submit means relax. Actually, to me, "relax" does not equal hypnotized even if they are often found together. I can be submitted and definitely not relaxed, sometimes even borderline manic (which is probably just a sharing of a flow of consciousness when that flow is not slowed down by being relaxed). And one can be relaxed and not submitted. The submission or surrender is a step farther, a decision or acceptance that you will put aside the analysis, the filtering of if or should you accept and follow a command. It is a blank check turned over in advance, you've already agreed with whatever they are going to say or command. Consequently, there is so much less to worry about, to be concerned about, that you really can enter nirvana.

So, nirvana is a term I use for this and one that I have not seen used much elsewhere for this, so the question might not map to you, but did you feel more nirvanic/blissful/unconcerned/at peace after you had submitted? If so, then you have had a glimpse of my world.

It was fun to try the role reversal, and should you ever ask I would gladly do it again. None of that changes our primary roles. I do truly enjoy and need to be your Submissive One, and I am glad that you need to lead me. I think I do understand the pleasure and other things you get, but while several things from that session did significantly deepen this understanding, the experience of guiding was not one of them. Maybe it would have if the purpose of my guiding was to get control or a submission, but that was not my purpose and so I learned little about what the pleasures might have been if that had been the goal.

Actually, only one thing has surprised me (outside of the unexpected flow of the session itself.) I would have thought that you would have done a nocturnal surprise submission as soon as you could so as to reaffirm our primary relationship. You would not have been disappointed as I am looking forward to our next hypnotic interaction, whenever it may be, and am looking forward to a deep and unquestioning submittal on my part.

This deep human interaction is the fundamental difference between live hypnosis (in person or telephone) as compared to recordings of any quality.
